Once a month we’ll attend your planning/board meetings and you can use us in any way you want – from silent observer to adjudicator, technical advisor to independent sounding board, chairman to action plan writer, or even as the facilitator for brainstorming sessions.
We can even prepare the agenda if you would find that helpful. The choice of what you want us to do is entirely yours. (Investment is from £300+VAT per month).

This half day video-based programme is now being run with over 3000 businesses around the world.
Its aims are simple.
To dramatically improve how you answer the phone, increase customer conversation rates and maximise your time management. Includes a ready made phone system for your business. (Investment is £749+VAT and includes hotel boardroom and refreshments).
Towards Awesome Service
A full day interactive video-based training session with your team on how to take your levels of customer service to new heights.
Better still we’ll be getting your team’s ideas on how this can be achieved and what systems are needed.
If you’re looking to increase and retain customers while improving profitability then towards awesome service is for you.
(Investment is £1495+VAT for up to 15 team members, which includes hotel boardroom, buffet lunch, refreshments, all notes and completed summary action plan).
Business Tracker
We’ll prepare and use quarterly management accounts to track and measure business performance.
More importantly, together we will brainstorm ways to improve the business and set goals and actions to be done in the next three months.
Typically we will look at your marketing, pricing, people performance, KPI’s, and cashflow and how these impact on your business goals. (Investment is from £795 +VAT per month).
Systemisation
We can work with you on a monthly basis to help you put systems in place to create a business that works without you.
This would involve:
- Identifying your business’s critical success factors
- Creating systems around these
- Measure and track systems operation
- Getting your teams buy in and involvement
- Creating a systems manual
