GETTING OUR CLIENTS THROUGH COVID LOCKDOWN

Like the majority of business in March 2020, we were forced to close the office and work remotely from home.

As all our IT systems and software were already hosted on the cloud, and our phone system was also a VoIP. This meant that were able to transition effectively smoothly to working from home with client’s being able to reach us via our normal landline number as if we were still in the office.

Within the first week of lockdown, we had spoken personally to all of our clients to reassure them and let them know we were fully functioning ready to help and give advice.

Over the days and months ahead, we would send out almost daily newsflashes to clients keeping them up to date with new grants or support available and Covid changes.

Even now client is telling us how helpful and invaluable this was.

In addition to helping our client’s achieve furlough grants in excess of £1,924,432 to date, we also helped them achieve the following:

Getting approximately £1.5 million of discretionary pivot grant funding.  The ability to access this funding and get the application it was literally only over a few days and we worked over the weekend   helping the client’s get their application and cashflow ready for submission.

As well as notifying the client’s early on regarding the £50,000 bounce back loan, we also helped client’s get CBILS loan funding in excess of £3 million.
